Mary Beth Hunt is the Social Work Manager for Long Term Care at Community Hospice and Palliative Care. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and credentialed as an Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Social Worker. She has been with the Community Hospice for almost 25 years. With this work, she has been in almost every nursing home and at least half of the assisted living facilities in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. This gives her a unique perspective on how they function and the populations they serve.
