Join us for our next Lunch & Learn with Amba Health and Kristen Parsons.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Francis Xavier University, Kristen Parsons began her career as a frontline Registered Nurse in Oncology and Palliative care with Alberta Health Services. During her time with Alberta Health Services, she overseen several Inpatient and Ambulatory Care units as the Patient Care Manager for the Stollery Children’s Hospital. As well, served on the board for the Children’s Wish Foundation and the Kids with Cancer Society in Edmonton, Alberta.
After a decade with Alberta Health Services, Kristen returned to the East Coast as the Regional Director for Shannex in the Nova Scotia division. During her four years with Shannex she was solely responsible for six Long Term Care and Retirement Living facilities within the Halifax, Annapolis Valley, and South Shore region.
