Senior Living Works, a new Argentum initiative, provides a path for senior living leaders to grow the pipeline of workers and connect to educators nationwide, with a goal of filling the 1.2 million job openings projected in the industry by 2025. Argentum encourages industry leaders to visit seniorliving.works today and commit to becoming a Senior Living Works Ambassador.

Senior Living IQ is a new Argentum initiative focused on supporting the ongoing investment in quality of life for residents of senior living communities. Senior Living IQ offers an informational website with industry best practices and resources for the first phase of the initiative, which focuses on resident safety. As the scope expands, other high-risk areas will be addressed including emergency preparedness, medication management, memory care, and others.
