Ali Wiggins

Ali Wiggins, a native of Jackson County, Fla., began her career in 1987 in her hometown pharmacy. After six years in the retail environment, she took a position with a long term care pharmacy in Tallahassee, which taught her many skills as the position grew. She then took a corporate position with that company and traveled the country standardizing pharmacies after a merger.

After having her children and spending a few years at home with them, Ali went to work in Account Management for her second long term care pharmacy. Conflict resolution and customer service were her highest priorities when taking care of her customers. In fact, she won the Customer Relationship Service Excellence award with that company in 2003.

In 2011, Ali began working with her third long term care pharmacy in Account Management and shortly thereafter she met and began working alongside Gail Matillo and her staff in her new sales capacity. Ali was the first ever recipient of the Distinguished Service Award given by FSLA and Argentum in 2020 for her work with Senator Marco Rubio’s office in coordinating aid and bringing light to the devastation Hurricane Michael wrought on her hometown. She also won the Hometown Hero Award in 2019 for those same efforts.

Ali brings 32 years of experience as the new Director of Sales and Outreach for the Florida Senior Living Association. She is married to Gavin and is the proud mother of Cade, a staff sergeant in the US Air Force, and Maggie, a senior at Florida State University.
