Shonta Bryant

Shonta serves as FSLA's Education Director, where she oversees the development and coordination of educational programs that support the growth and success of senior living professionals across Florida. With nearly 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings strong expertise in administrative management, financial operations, and member relations. Her accrued knowledge is now applied directly to advancing FSLA's mission of supporting quality senior living.

Outside of the office, Shonta enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her two sons and dog, Kobe Bryant. She is also continuing her education at Tallahassee State College, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on business management, finance, and accounting.
