On November 8th, the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) published changes to rules 59A-36.019 and 59A-36.025, F.A.C. with an effective date of November 23rd, 2023. 

In this session, we will highlight new elements required to be addressed when submitting Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans for review by the county emergency management agencies.
