EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This morning, DOH published the final rule changes for three rule chapters:
Chapter 64B9-14, F.A.C., Delegation to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel
Chapter 64B9-15, F.A.C., Certified Nursing Assistants
Chapter 64B9-16, F.A.C., LPN Supervision in Nursing Homes
These changes will be effective March 13, 2024.
