EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On Thursday, August 17, 2023, AHCA published a Notice of Development of Rulemaking for rule 59A-35.125, F.A.C. A copy of the draft rule is available here. This rule will be the permanent rule that takes the place of AHCA's emergency mask rules, 59AER23-1 and 59AER23-2.
