On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, Mercer, one of the largest human capital & employee benefits consulting firms - and a sister company of FSLA Industry Partner Marsh USA, and FSLA Board Member Tara Clayton, Senior Vice President of the Marsh Senior Living & LTC Industry Practice - opened up their 2024 Global Talent Trends - US Healthcare Providers Study. The study is aimed at a cross-industry perspective of the overall employment experience, strategies, and actions organizations are developing or considering to address workforce challenges.
FSLA's members are encouraged to participate in this study, as it will at a minimum include a post-acute and a broader healthcare industry cut, as well as cross-industry views in hospitality, restaurants, and other industries that senior living is frequently competing with for talent. By participating, you will receive the study at no additional cost to you.
The deadline to participate is November 1, 2023.
